Our products are guaranteed forever against defect in material or workmanship. We work hard to deliver a high quality handcrafted product at a reasonable price, for delivery within 2 weeks from date of order. About Online OrderingAlthough we have automated the ordering process for those who prefer to order online, you will continue to receive the same friendly and personal service we are known for. We still finalize orders through person-to-person contact to arrange payment and provide customer service. And, of course, you can still order by phone, fax, snail mail, or email.
